I propose that school, particularly high school, should run from 9 to 5. No additional academic work to be pushed into the work load - just sport, art, cadets, vocatioal placement, or other after school activities. Who's with/against me?
This was originally a John Howard idea, but it got stomped on the head pretty quickly. That's a shame because the idea has a lot of merit. So how about some debate. Why would this idea work? Why does it suck?
